Special Education Teacher at Washington Elementary
Harwell grew up in Moriarty, New Mexico. She is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor of Arts in University Studies with an emphasis in Business and Psychology.
Rodeo has been a lifelong hobby for Harwell, who won a couple of rodeo state titles in high school. She was an athletic training assistant at college and served as an Audiometric Technician for the InterMountain ESD during the 2017-2018 school year.
