Promoting a homegrown workforce by connecting students and employers
Pendleton High School will continue its long tradition of hosting a school-wide day to focus on what happens after high school and the world of work.
The April 11th event will host dozens of community business owners and leaders to talk about their industry and how to prepare for entering the workforce. The day will also include a Job Fair in the Gold Gym where regional employers will promote summer employment, internships, or provide an introduction to what their field is all about.
Employers interested in having a presence on April 11 to connect with students and teachers can contact Susan Bower by email at susanbowereobusinesssource.com or by phone at 541-215-9252. There is no cost to participate, however advance registration no later than Thursday, April 5 is required. Register online (external link)
